Background and Experience Requirements
College degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
Board certified in neuromonitoring.
3 years of leadership and technical team management in a regional director / manager role. (Only candidates with past management experience will be considered.)
Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, and firing technologists.
Overview of Neuromonitoring Operations Manager Role
Work with technical management team to coordinate technical personnel to ensure case coverage across all regions and provide optimal patient care.
Strive for a high performing technical team by continued analysis, training, education, and staffing, moving the technical department towards the goals set by the Executive Team.
Travel, once per week on average, is expected as needed to our existing and future regions.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Thorough understanding of equipment and programs associated with neuromonitoring, Cadwell and USMON experience preferred.
Adaptability to a continuously changing environment, with the ability to evaluate, prioritize, and execute decisions.
Ability to educate and mentor the technical team.
Ambition to work independently and lift up the technical team to a high standard of care and delivery of service.
Candidate needs strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
