The manager is responsible for the operations of neurophysiology including all clinical and administrative functions of both inpatient and outpatient areas including but not limited to: EMG/NCS, EEG, EP, etc.
The manager provides clinical and administrative support to staff to ensure efficient and effective operations in the delivery of high quality, safe patient care. The manager oversees recruitment, orientation, and onboarding of new staff, develops and implements performance improvement activities, and works collaboratively with physician partners to ensure efficient and effective clinical and administrative functions. The manager is responsible for the operational budgets of the department.
Accountable for processes and success of program. Develops and utilizes dashboards and other reports via Epic, Infor and other technologies to support sound decision making and operational oversight. Manages day to day operations and plans for future needs. Responsible for recruitment and retention of staff. Develops and refines policies and procedures. Provides input on strategic initiatives of program. Ensures Standards of Professional Behavior are adhered to by all staff. Ensures regulatory compliance and fosters staff development.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business related field required
Master's degree in management, healthcare management, or business administration preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory or leadership role, preferably in healthcare
