The Clinical Laboratory Manager oversees an experienced team of six hospital lab professionals including Medical Technologists and Phlebotomists. This is a full time position with the primary responsibility for supervision of the day to day operations of a high complexity lab adhering to CLIA standards and regulations.
The lab manager should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Other important assets include: Problem solving, physician relations, and billing/EHR trouble shooting.

The Laboratory Manager may either be a Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Specialist.
Manager should have experience with managing other lab professionals, excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and be a team player demonstrating the ability to work the bench when needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience and be an MT or CLS.
