Responsibilities: END (Electroneurodiagnostic Technician) – performs EEG’s (electroencephalograms), EP’s (evoked potentials), and NCS (nerve conduction studies) Responsibilities: Verifies patient’s name and date of birth and performs brief history for testing. EEG: Applies appropriate EEG electrodes and performs EEG on patient, monitor for any clinical changes and correlating electrical findings. Recognizes, identifies, and marks appropriate brainwave pattern abnormalities for physician review. Alerts physician to any clinical changes that may be suspicious for ongoing seizure activity.
