The Clinical Laboratory Education Specialist serves as consultant, researcher, instructional and evaluation designer, clinical practice expert and professional collaborator supporting the laboratory education needs for personnel with the goal of improving patient care through exceptionally trained clinical laboratory employees. This individual partners with lab leadership and department trainers across the enterprise to ensure their lab staff has up-to-date skills and knowledge that can be used to provide expert scientific and clinical laboratory results to clinician colleagues, to aid in the diagnosis, treatment and management of patient care.
